If you would like to have picture tags, barcodes or pre-pricing applide to your container orders, please choose from one of the follwoing options. Labeling and barcode requests must be received by January 15th.

Please apply tags to all items on my order as requested below:

• Picture Tag Only - $0.20/each
• Picture Tag with Barcode and Pre-Price - $0.25/each
• Picture Tag with Barcode and SKU - $0.25/each
• Picture Tag with Barcode, Pre-Price and SKU - $0.25/each
• Barcode Applied to Pot - $0.10/each
• Pre-price Applied to Pot - $0.10/each
• Barcode and Pre-Price Applied to Pot - $.0.10/each

Mark-up Multipler:
